Relationship Manager

Salary

- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle the customer account opening process.
- Connect with eligible customers on a daily basis and assist them in completing the account opening process.
- The company will not provide any customer data or leads.
- Candidates are responsible for generating accounts through their own sources, networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Laptop Mandatory
- Stable Internet Connection

Targets

- Monthly Target: 130 Account Openings
- Daily Target: 5–7 Account Openings

Salary Policy

- Salary is performance-based.
- Monthly salary will be released only after achieving the assigned target.




- Incentives will be provided as per the company's incentive policy.

Trial Period

- Duration: 3 Days
- Candidates must complete a minimum of 5–7 account openings during the trial period.
- Final selection and onboarding will be done only after successful completion of the trial period.

Working Days

- Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
