Key Responsibilities

- Assemble PCBs according to work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.
- Perform soldering of SMD and through-hole (THT) components.
- Perform PCB rework and replace faulty components when required.
- Inspect PCBs for soldering, component placement, and assembly defects.
- Assist with testing and basic troubleshooting of electronic products.
- Assemble finished products, including wiring, connectors, enclosures, and mechanical fittings.
- Use tools and equipment such as soldering irons, hot-air rework stations, multimeters, and other production tools.
- Follow ESD, electrical safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain product quality and follow established production processes.
- Complete assigned production activities according to required quality and production standards.
- Maintain production records and documentation when required.
- Keep the production area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

Qualifications & Skills

- ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related trades.
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant practical electronics knowledge or hands-on experience are also welcome to apply.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electronic components.
- Ability to identify common SMD and through-hole (THT) components.
- Basic soldering knowledge or practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of using a multimeter.

Good to Have – Not Mandatory

- Experience with SMD soldering and PCB rework.
- Familiarity with hot-air rework stations.
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and schematics.
- Experience using a multimeter for voltage, resistance, and continuity measurements.
- Basic knowledge of ESD handling.
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, testing, or manufacturing.
