Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated R&M; Technician to manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance of our supermarket stores and ensure zero equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain crucial store equipment, including Transformers, UPS/Inverters, AC/Chillers/Freezers, lighting fixtures, and plumbing/civil works.
- Ensure strict adherence to fire, electrical, and general safety standards at all times.
- Manage and coordinate with AMC vendors until complaints are fully resolved.
- Implement procedures to minimize utility costs and prevent unwanted power utilization.
- Maintain accurate financial processes, including daily updates on the R&M; portal and managing petty cash approvals.

Requirements:





- Diploma,ITI, BE, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably within retail, QSR, or a multi-unit business.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
