About the Role

We are looking for a Design Coordinator to coordinate the design process from concept development to detailed drawings and ensure smooth communication between architects, consultants, clients, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the overall design development of projects.
- Work closely with architects, designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other project consultants.
- Develop and coordinate plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and coordination between different disciplines.
- Identify design conflicts and coordinate with relevant consultants for timely resolution.
- Ensure design changes and client requirements are properly incorporated into drawings.
- Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated.
- Participate in design meetings and coordinate follow-ups with consultants and team members.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and design documentation.
- Assist architects in developing design concepts,



material selections, and design details.
- Coordinate design submissions and ensure drawings are issued within project timelines.
- Support the team in resolving technical and design-related issues during execution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- 2-4 years of experience in an architectural or construction firm.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or interior projects.
- Strong design understanding combined with practical construction knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
