Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dependable Personal Assistant Intern to support day-to-day administrative, operational, coordination, and follow-up activities while working with US-based clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage schedules, meetings, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with US-based clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Conduct research and compile information as required.
- Support ongoing projects and business operations.
- Maintain organized records and confidential information.
- Proactively follow up on pending tasks and ensure closure.

What We’re Looking For





- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good spoken and written English, with confidence communicating with US clients.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, email, calendars, and business tools.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
