About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and lead a team of around ten members in our EdTech startup, where we teach Unreal Engine and game development skills to students.

The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager who can take ownership of team performance, improve productivity, monitor daily operations, and ensure a high-quality experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of ten or more members.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
- Track individual and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify underperforming team members and create improvement plans.
- Handle team conflicts and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
- Maintain strong communication within a fully remote team.
- Monitor student feedback and work with the team to improve satisfaction.
- Train recent team members and help them become productive quickly.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.




- Take ownership of team targets and overall outcomes.
- Build processes that improve team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

- Two or more years of experience in Team Lead or Team Management roles.
- Previous experience managing a team of ten or more people is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, education, sales, customer success, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a remote team independently.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and reports.
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for results.

Pay: ₹53,991.14 - ₹74,304.58 per month
