About the Role

Nest Abroad Immigration is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Overseas Immigration & Student Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and clients interested in Canada, UK, and USA education and immigration pathways.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent counselling abilities, and a positive understanding of overseas education, student visa processes, and immigration pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and clients regarding study abroad and immigration opportunities in Canada, UK, and USA.
- Understand clients' academic background, career goals, financial profile, and immigration objectives.
- Recommend suitable universities, colleges, programs, countries, and visa pathways.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, intakes, scholarships, visa requirements, and application procedures.
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling and convert qualified leads into applications.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain accurate lead records.
- Coordinate with internal admission, documentation, and immigration teams.
- Stay updated with changes in student visa, immigration, admission,



and post-study work policies.
- Achieve individual counselling, application, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach throughout the counselling process.

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, immigration counselling, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of overseas education and student visa processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, follow-up, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Comfortable handling international clients and working across PST/EST time zones.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar tools is an advantage.
