Job Overview:

BNT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, work with client requirements, and source top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US hiring, contract negotiations, and technical screening.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with client requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
- Source, screen, and hire candidates for W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) positions.
- Manage recruitment for contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
- Conduct deep sourcing using job boards like Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder.
- Utilize advanced search methods, including LinkedIn and Google search strings.
- Shortlist resumes based on technical requirements and client needs.
- Handle salary and hourly pay rate negotiations for different employment types.
- Effectively manage US Citizens, Green Card holders, and visa candidates.




- Maintain accuracy and follow through on high-volume recruitment tasks.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in US IT recruitment (2-4 years).
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and candidate assessments.
- Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire hiring.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple positions.

Additional Information:

- Supplemental Pay: Performance-based bonuses.
