Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in Bilaspur. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual content across digital and print media, ensuring high-brand standards for our clients and internal agency projects.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Visual Content: Design engaging social media creatives (posts, stories, reels assets, banners, ads) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Brand Identity & Print Design: Create logos, brand guidelines, brochures, posters, press kits, business cards, and other marketing collateral.

Campaign Concepts: Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to brainstorm creative ideas and execute visual strategies for client campaigns.





Layout & Typography: Maintain aesthetic appeal through solid visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Feedback & Revisions: Adapt to creative feedback promptly and ensure timely project deliveries.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–3 years preferred; strong portfolio is key).

Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (basic motion graphics/video editing is a strong plus).

Solid grasp of composition, layout, color theory, and typography.

Strong time-management skills to handle multiple client deliverables simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Work Environment & Location

Schedule: Full-time, regular office hours.

Office Location: Nehru Chowk Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
