Associate Product Manager (APM)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who can work closely with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to build and improve our products.

The ideal candidate should understand product development, be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and have a strong user-focused approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with senior product managers and leadership to define product requirements and priorities.
- Convert business and user requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Track product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature requirements, and documentation.
- Monitor product releases and ensure features are delivered on time.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to improve the product experience.
- Work with developers and designers to identify and resolve product issues.
- Support product testing, UAT, launches, and post-launch analysis.




- Continuously identify new features and improvements that can drive user engagement and business growth.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience working with technology or SaaS products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and product requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working with engineering and design teams.
- Basic understanding of product analytics and tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms is a plus.
