Job Summary

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and emails across assigned industry segments. Convert inbound enquiries, build a strong sales pipeline and support senior sales executives in progressing qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 50–80 outbound calls per day to cold and warm prospects.
- Qualify inbound leads received through websites, email and digital campaigns.
- Understand prospect requirements and book discovery meetings for senior executives.
- Send follow-up emails and maintain structured outreach cadences.
- Update call outcomes and prospect details in the CRM daily.




- Close small-ticket deals independently where applicable.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track meeting outcomes and pipeline progress.
- Achieve daily call activity, weekly meeting-booking and monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role.
- Solid cold-calling and telephone communication skills.
- Email outreach and lead qualification skills.
- CRM data entry and management skills.
- Objection-handling skills over the phone.
- Target-oriented approach and consistent follow-up skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹29,200.00 per month
