Role Overview:

This role sits within the firm’s IPO and transaction advisory practice, offering hands-on exposure to capital market transactions, financial due diligence, and financial reporting for listing purposes. As part of the team, you will work closely with senior professionals on live client engagements, supporting companies through critical financial and regulatory processes such as IPO readiness, financial restatements, and transaction evaluation. The role is well-suited for candidates looking to build a career in capital markets, financial advisory, and deal-oriented work, with strong emphasis on analytical thinking and financial interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support execution of IPO assignments, including preparation of financial information and related documentation
- Assist in financial due diligence for IPOs and transaction-related engagements
- Work on preparation and review of restated financial statements in line with regulatory requirements
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including trend analysis, ratio analysis, and variance analysis
- Review historical financials to identify key business drivers, risks, and anomalies
- Contribute to preparation of sections of offer documents (DRHP/RHP) and related financial disclosures
- Support transaction advisory assignments, including due diligence for investments, fundraising, or M&A; (as applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as consultants, legal advisors, and client teams
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory guidelines Work on data collation, validation, and reconciliation across multiple sources
- Prepare reports, presentations, and working papers for client deliverables
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple assignments simultaneously

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (0–2 years of experience)
- Strong grounding in accounting,



financial statements, and audit concepts
- Articleship or work experience in statutory audit, financial due diligence, or transaction advisory
- Exposure to large corporates or listed companies will be an advantage
- Valuable understanding of financial analysis and interpretation High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-driven, deadline-oriented environment
- Eagerness to build a career in capital markets / transaction advisory

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
