Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Executives for multiple Banking, Insurance and Finance Sales Processes at our Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai location.

Candidates with experience in Life Insurance Sales, Finance, Loan Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales or other relevant sales processes are encouraged to apply.

Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered for suitable openings, depending on the process requirements.

Available Processes & Salary1. Life Insurance Sales Process

- Minimum 6 months of Life Insurance Sales experience.
- Hardcore sales experience is mandatory.
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.

2. Finance / Loan Process

- Minimum 6 months of Finance experience.
- Experience in the Loan Department is mandatory.
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

3. Banking Sales Process

- Minimum 6 months of Sales experience.
- Banking or Financial Services Sales experience will be an advantage.
- Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month.

4. Insurance Sales Process

- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain relevant banking, insurance and financial products and services.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.




- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with relevant teams during the sales process.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and eligibility.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow the assigned sales process and company guidelines.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with Life Insurance Sales, Finance, Loan, Banking or Insurance Sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

Experience requirements may vary depending on the assigned process:

- Life Insurance: Minimum 6 months of Life Insurance Sales experience.
- Finance / Loans: Minimum 6 months of Finance experience with Loan Department experience.
- Banking: Minimum 6 months of Sales experience.
- Insurance: Relevant sales experience preferred; good communication skills are mandatory.

Salary

Salary will depend on the selected process, candidate's relevant experience and interview performance:

₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Process-wise salary:

- Life Insurance Sales: Up to ₹30,000
- Finance / Loan: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000
- Banking Sales: Up to ₹17,000
- Insurance Sales: Up to ₹24,000
