Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) :

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation through cold calling, email outreach, and references

● Client Acquisition and conversion of leads into paying clients

● Handle complete Sales Cycle: lead → discussion → negotiation → closure

● Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team

● Client Relationship Management for repeat business and retention

● Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

● Maintain follow-ups and pipeline management

Compensation ● CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Fixed)

● Incentives/Variable: Extra (Performance-Based, Uncapped)
