Job Description
Thapar Engineer Works is looking for a confident and motivated Cold Calling Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/cold calling will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
Salary
₹[30000 to 40000] per month + incentives, depending on experience and skills.
