About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Expert who can independently plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for both domestic and international clients.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, understand lead generation and conversion funnels, and have a solid focus on CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Create and manage Meta lead generation, conversion, traffic, retargeting, and awareness campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, placements, and pacing.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel/Events Manager.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, design, and development teams for landing pages and ad creatives.
- Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, policies, features, and best practices.
- Manage multiple client accounts and meet agreed performance targets.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
- Ability to independently identify issues and implement optimization strategies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Agency experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads certification.
- Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience handling international clients and campaigns.
- Experience with high-budget campaigns.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of campaign performance, not someone who only creates ads. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing numbers, testing new strategies, troubleshooting tracking issues, and continuously improving campaign results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
