Due to increasing ICU patient volume, Siddhivinayak Super Speciality Hospital, a reputed 100-bedded NABH-accredited superspeciality hospital in Thane, is expanding its critical care team and is looking for experienced ICU RMOs who can independently manage critically ill patients.

Position: ICU Resident Medical Officer (ICU RMO)

Location: Vartak Nagar, Thane West
Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
Job Type: Full time
Work Location: In person

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking confident, experienced, and procedure-oriented doctors who are capable of independently handling ICU patients in a busy superspeciality critical care setup.

Eligibility

Eligible Degrees

- MBBS (with ICU experience)
- BAMS (with ICU experience)
- BHMS (with ICU experience)

Experience Required

- Minimum 1–2 years of ICU experience in a reputed hospital (mandatory)
- Candidates with strong hands-on ICU procedural experience will be preferred

Required Clinical Skills

The candidate should be confident in:

✔ Independent ICU patient management
✔ Intubation
✔ Central line insertion




✔ Dialysis catheter insertion
✔ Emergency management of critically ill patients
✔ Coordination with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
