Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Design & Video Editing Trainer for Digital Marketing to train and mentor students in visual content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills required for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will conduct engaging online sessions, develop practical assignments, and help students build job-ready creative skills aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live online training sessions on graphic design and video editing.
- Teach core concepts including:
- Graphic Design Fundamentals (Color, Typography, Layout)
- Social Media Creatives (Posts, Ads, Banners)
- Branding & Visual Identity
- Video Editing Basics & Advanced Techniques
- Reels, Shorts & YouTube Video Editing
- Motion Graphics & Basic Animation
- Ad Creatives for Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Content Optimization for Different Platforms
- Train students on tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Design and update course curriculum, assignments, and real-world projects.
- Provide hands-on training through live editing and design exercises.
- Guide students in creating portfolios (social media creatives, videos, ad campaigns).
- Conduct assessments, feedback sessions, and track student progress.
- Mentor students on freelancing and career opportunities in design and video editing.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-based creative technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative training.




- Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives and content formats.
- Experience in online teaching or virtual training platforms is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong creative and visual storytelling ability
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Ability to simplify complex tools and techniques for beginners
- Knowledge of social media trends and ad creatives
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms

Preferred Skills

- Certifications in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Digital Marketing
- Experience in creating ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and video editing
