Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to lead end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations for our B2B fashion business, ensuring high stock accuracy, smooth order fulfilment and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete inventory cycle: Inward → QC → GRN → Storage → Allocation → Picking → Packing → Dispatch → Returns.
- Maintain accurate SKU-wise stock by Style, Color, Size and Quantity.
- Ensure timely GRN, ERP/WMS updates and proper stock management.
- Conduct stock audits, cycle counts and reconciliation; identify and resolve variances.
- Manage B2B order allocation, picking, checking, packing and dispatch.
- Handle returns, rejections, damaged and QC-hold stock.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, QC, Accounts and Logistics.
- Lead, train and monitor the warehouse team while ensuring SOP compliance and discipline.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch MIS.
- Drive process improvements to increase stock accuracy and fulfilment efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Inventory & Warehouse Management.
- Experience in B2B order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Strong knowledge of SKU/Style/Color/Size management.
- Expertise in stock audit, reconciliation and variance control.
- Positive knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
- Strong team leadership, coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and accountability.
- Fashion/Apparel/Textile industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
