Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation, administration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Tadiran Make IP-PBX systems and Cisco/Juniper LAN networks. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted communication and network services as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Tadiran IP-PBX systems.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper LAN infrastructure.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Resolve network and telephony-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service records.
- Coordinate with client representatives and Engineer-In-Charge.
- Provide technical guidance to LAN Technicians.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or Networking.
- Experience in IP-PBX and Cisco/Juniper networking.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and VoIP systems.
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
