About the Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our store.

The person will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating lighting products, generating sales, preparing quotations and invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining operations.

This role is ideal for someone who has good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Recommend suitable products based on the customer's needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, applications and benefits.
- Actively pitch products and convert enquiries into sales.
- Suggest suitable combinations of products and accessories for homes, offices, shops and other applications.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products wherever appropriate.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
- Follow up with customers for pending quotations and enquiries.

2. Billing & Invoicing

- Prepare customer quotations, sales orders, bills and invoices.
- Generate invoices accurately using the company's billing/accounting software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other customer payments.

3. Showroom Management

- Keep the showroom clean, organised and presentable.
- Ensure all product displays and lighting demonstrations are working properly.
- Check that products are properly labelled with prices/specifications.
- Maintain basic stock records and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
- Ensure customers get a good showroom experience.

4. Product Knowledge





- Develop strong knowledge of the product range.
- Understand basic concepts
- Stay updated about new products, offers and promotions.

5. Daily Reporting

- Maintain daily sales and enquiry records.
- Track quotations and pending customer follow-ups.
- Share daily sales/collection reports with management.
- Maintain proper records of customer requirements and potential leads.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable talking to customers
- Good at sales and convincing customers
- Presentable and professional
- Polite, energetic and customer-friendly
- Comfortable using a computer
- Familiar with MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Able to operate billing/invoicing software
- Good in Hindi and basic English communication
- Willing to learn about products and technology
- Responsible and capable of independently handling the showroom

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Electrical / lighting showroom
- Retail sales
- Electronics / consumer durable sales
- Interior / home decor sales
- Electrical products sales
- Customer relationship / front-desk sales

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude may also be considered.

Important

This is a sales-oriented customer-facing position, not just a billing/data-entry job.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with approaching customers, demonstrating products, explaining lighting solutions, pitching products and actively closing sales.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
