Position: Gymnastics Coach

Location: Club 72- Kids Gym, Mohali

Employment Type: Permanent / Part-Time/Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, skilled, and responsible Gymnastics Coach to train children in a fun, safe, and structured environment. The coach will help kids develop flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, body control, and gymnastics fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging gymnastics classes for children of different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach fundamentals such as cartwheels, rolls, handstands, bridges, jumps, balance, flexibility, and basic tumbling.
- Design age-appropriate drills and progressive training routines.
- Focus on proper technique, posture, coordination, and physical development.
- Ensure the safety of children during all activities and maintain proper supervision.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and disciplined class environment.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide individual guidance where required.
- Maintain and properly use gymnastics equipment.




- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children’s progress when required.
- Participate in Kids Gym events, demonstrations, camps, and special activities.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and cleanliness during sessions.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach / Trainer, preferably with children.
- Solid knowledge of basic gymnastics and physical conditioning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, friendly, and comfortable working with children.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively.
- First Aid / CPR certification is an advantage.
- Relevant gymnastics, sports, or fitness certification is preferred.
