Your impact

Senior Project Manager is responsible for responsible for leading the overall execution and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, quality standards, budget constraints, and schedule commitments. The role provides leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, serves as the primary communication channel between stakeholders, and drives successful project outcomes through effective planning, coordination, risk management, quality assurance, and client relationship management. The position oversees project procedures, execution strategies, resource utilization, change management, technical compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring timely completion of engineering deliverables and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

I

- Develop, update, and maintain the Project Procedures Manual (PPM) and Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Act as the designated focal point for project communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams while maintaining strong client alignment.
- Ensure project scope is executed in accordance with the approved PEP and contractual requirements.
- Monitor and drive the timely completion of engineering designs, requisitions, and project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to departmental procedures, discipline-specific work instructions, and quality management systems.
- Track project progress, resource utilization, and work-hour performance against approved plans.




- Manage project budgets and support achievement of financial objectives, including cash flow management.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by proactively addressing feedback and resolving concerns.
- Review client specifications and technical requirements, ensuring agreement on the basis of design.
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions to facilitate project execution and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, processes, systems, and overall delivery effectiveness.

Here's what you'll need

A degree in any engineering discipline preferably Process/ Mechanical Engineering Discipline with 15 to 20 years of experience in Design Engineering
