Job Summary
The Hindi Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Hindi lessons, developing students’ language skills, and ensuring strong academic progress in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. The teacher should create a positive classroom setting and encourage students to develop proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
- Develop students’ Hindi reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Use innovative and activity-based teaching methods to make Hindi learning engaging.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide remedial support to slow learners and additional guidance to advanced learners.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students’ academic progress.
- Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and other teachers regarding curriculum and student development.
- Participate in school events, competitions, cultural activities, and co-curricular programmes.
- Prepare students for Hindi-related competitions, examinations, and activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of lesson plans, assessments, and student performance.
- Follow all school policies, procedures, and academic standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Experience
- Primary: 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Middle / Secondary: 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
