About Stox Guru

Stox Guru is an EdTech mobile app that teaches Investment and Trading in the Indian Stock Market through structured video lessons, quizzes, and practical learning. Our mission is to make stock market education simple, affordable, and accessible for everyone.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Malayalam-speaking candidates from Kerala to join our remote sales team. Your responsibility is to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process using our CRM system.

All you need is an Android smartphone with internet connectivity - no laptop is required.

Requirements

- Native Malayalam speaker from Kerala
- Android smartphone with call recording enabled
- Stable mobile data or Wi-Fi connection
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic English communication skills
- Commerce background (+2 Commerce / BCom / BBA, etc.) is preferred
- Prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage
- Interest in the stock market or finance is a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls using our CRM
- Explain Stox Guru courses to prospective students
- Guide students through the enrollment process




- Maintain follow-ups and customer records
- Achieve daily call and sales targets
- Represent Stox Guru professionally during every interaction

Working Schedule

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)

Working Availability: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Attendance is calculated based on input parameters.

Full-Day Attendance

- Minimum 3 hours total call time
- Minimum 30 connected calls

Half-Day Attendance

- Minimum 2 hours total call time
- Minimum 20 connected calls

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000/month
- Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 on achieving 10 successful course enrollments
- Additional performance-based incentives for high performers
