Hiring Requirement – Supervisor (Bean and Crumb Outlet, Pune Airport)

Position: Supervisor

Location: Pune Airport – Bean and Crumb Outlet (Coffee & Baked Products)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 Gross

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Industry Preference: Café / Coffee Shop / Bakery / QSR / Food & Beverage

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day outlet operations

Supervise staff and shift management

Ensure excellent customer service

Manage billing, stock, and hygiene standards

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

Maintain product quality for coffee and baked items

Handle opening and closing procedures

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in café, bakery, restaurant, or QSR

Good communication and team handling skills

Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred

Flexible for rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
