Position: Executive Assistant to Director

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage complex, frequently changing schedules, resolve conflicts, and prepare agendas and briefing materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
- Plan and coordinate intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa processing, lodging, and expense reporting.
- Track critical action items and deadlines. Assist in special projects, gather information, and coordinate leadership meetings.
- Screen calls and correspondence, manage office files, and exercise absolute discretion when handling sensitive organizational information.

Skill Requirements:





- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive corporate data.
- Superior time-management and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Education: Degree / Diploma

Salary: As per Experience
