Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AutoCAD, mechanical design, engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and documentation. Experience in designing automotive, agricultural, construction or machinery parts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automotive, agricultural, construction and machinery parts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare, modify and maintain detailed 2D engineering drawings.
- Review drawings for dimensions, tolerances, specifications and accuracy.
- Create and maintain design checklists, drawing records and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production and other departments regarding design requirements.
- Make necessary drawing modifications based on production requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of engineering drawings.
- Support other design, drafting and documentation-related activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.




- Good understanding of mechanical engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances and basic manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Experience with automotive/machinery component designing will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design/drafting.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with manufacturing industry experience are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with production and design teams.
