Required skills & Qualifications
- IATA & FIATA certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel consultant / Ticketing Executive
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification: BTS
- Languages Known: Malayalam, English, Hindi(Not Mandatory)
- Preferring the candidates near to Kottayam.
