Position: Customer Support Executive – International Non-Voice Process

Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through Email/Chat
- Provide accurate and professional customer support
- Resolve customer issues within the defined TAT
- Maintain excellent written communication
- Handle multiple customer queries efficiently
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication
- Solid typing and email drafting skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
