About the Role

We're looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext for our clients, with strong grounding in accounting principles and confident use of AI tools to boost delivery speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and configure ERPNext modules (Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing ,HRMS as applicable)
- Set up chart of accounts, cost centers, tax templates, and financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle month-end/year-end closing support, reconciliations, and GST/TDS or regional tax compliance
- Train end users and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and process flows
- Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical/dev team for customizations
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Frappe AI features) to speed up documentation, testing scripts, data analysis, and client communication
- Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
- Clarity on Go-Live checklists
- Design Customisation Solutions
- Quality Assurance Testing of the deliverable
- Support on the functional queries

Required Skills





- 2–3 years hands-on ERPNext/Frappe functional experience (implementation or support)
- Strong fundamentals in accounting (double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements)
- Complete clarity on ERPNext core modules & process flow
- Proven experience and clarity on Go-Live checklists — data validation, UAT sign-off, user access, backups, and cutover planning
- Basic knowledge of GST compliance
- Excellent written , verbal communication & presentation skills for client-facing interactions
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity — prompt writing, documentation drafting, data summarization
- Basic understanding of ERPNext/ Frappe doctypes, workflows, and print formats (non-coding level customisation)

Positive to Have

- Frappe/ERPNext certification
- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or services industry verticals
- Basic SQL/reporting query skills
- Basic Customisation knowledge

Work Details & Benefits

- Working days: Monday–Friday
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Probation period: First 3 months
- Leaves: 10 casual leaves + 5 sick leaves per year
