- Create and approve purchase orders
- Track open orders and shipments
- Follow up on delayed or missing items
- Coordinate with accounting for invoices and payments
Inventory and Quality Control
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Inspect received goods for proper quality and quantity
- Maintain up-to-date transaction records
