About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven 3D Visualizer / Renderer with a refined eye for aesthetics, detailing, and premium visual storytelling.

This role will be instrumental in translating concepts into compelling, photo-realistic 3D visuals across product, packaging, and brand environments. You will contribute directly to product launches, digital campaigns, and brand narratives, ensuring that every visual output reflects sophistication, precision, and creative excellence.

- Key Responsibilities

- 3D Rendering & Visualization

- - Produce high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renders of products, packaging, and environments
- Create detailed 3D models with accurate materials, lighting, and textures
- Develop high-impact visual mock-ups for campaigns and presentations
- Deliver production-ready renders aligned with brand standards

- Animation & Motion Output

- - Create short product animations and motion-based visual assets
- Develop dynamic lighting and camera setups to enhance storytelling
- Ensure smooth rendering pipelines and optimisation

- Creative Collaboration

- - Work closely with Design, Marketing, and Product teams
- Translate briefs into visually compelling concepts
- Participate in campaign brainstorming and pitch presentations
- Contribute innovative visual approaches to brand storytelling





- Visual Quality & Brand Alignment

- - Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and premium positioning
- Ensure detailing accuracy in materials, finishes, proportions, and textures
- Implement high-end lighting and composition techniques
- Review and refine outputs to meet luxury visual benchmarks

- Continuous Innovation

- - Stay updated on the latest rendering tools, plugins, and techniques
- Introduce new creative processes and visual enhancements
- Optimise rendering workflows for efficiency and quality

- Key Skills & Competencies

- - Advanced expertise in Blender (modelling, lighting, shading, texturing, rendering, animation)
- Working knowledge of Blender
- Maya / 3ds Max (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong portfolio showcasing photo-realistic product renders
- Deep understanding of materials, reflections, surfaces, and lighting physics
- Strong command of composition and cinematic camera techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for post-production
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong aesthetic sense and detailing orientation
- Creative thinker with visual storytelling capability
- Execution-focused and deadline-driven
- Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end
- Robust presentation skills and professional grooming standards
- Collaborative mindset with transparent communication skills

Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization
- Experience working with premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred
