Mentric is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and grow into a full-time role.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern who can support our design and marketing team in creating visually compelling content across digital and print media. The intern will work closely with the design/marketing team and get exposure to branding, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and UI assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing brand identity elements (logos, brand guidelines, templates)
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, presentations, and flyers
- Support the design team with day-to-day design requirements
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design briefs
- Ensure design consistency and brand guidelines are maintained across all assets
- Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs quickly

Required Skills





- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
- Basic understanding of design principles — typography, color theory, layout, composition
- A portfolio showcasing design work (college projects, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome)
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- Available to work full-time from the Bangalore office for 3 months
