Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D; Engineer to support the development and improvement of refrigeration and cooling products. The ideal candidate will be involved in product design, testing, prototyping, and performance enhancement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of refrigeration products and components.
- Conduct product testing, performance evaluation, and validation.
- Develop prototypes and support new product development (NPD).
- Analyze product failures and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Vendor teams.
- Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
- Stay updated with current refrigeration technologies and market trends.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in R&D;, product development, or design engineering.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and thermal engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
