Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development & Marketing Intern who is interested in sales, digital marketing, customer interaction, and business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing, customer communication, and SaaS business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential business leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce SaaSGOLD solutions.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Support digital marketing activities and social media campaigns.
- Assist in preparing marketing content and promotional activities.
- Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Participate in customer demos and business meetings when required.
- Research jewellery businesses and identify potential customers.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Willingness to learn current technologies and business concepts.




- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Language Preference

Tamil and English are required.

Candidates who can communicate in additional Indian languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, etc. will be given first preference.
