Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, and financial processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and TCS calculations, filings, reconciliations, and compliance
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and related documents
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams during audits and compliance reviews
- Ensure timely statutory payments and tax compliance
- Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning activities




- Identify process improvements for better accounting efficiency and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1– 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, or similar accounting software
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling audits and compliance activities
- Knowledge of accounting standards and taxation practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
