Job Summary

Star Sea Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, document submission, and joining formalities.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and reports.




- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates pursuing their degree are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
- Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
