- Create lesson plans that integrate various learning outcomes. Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities based on the Maple Bear curriculum.
- · Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting conducive to learning.
- · Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- · Assess the developmental needs and progress of each child through observation, documentation, and assessment tools.
- · Provide one-on-one support and guidance as needed to help children reach their full potential.
- · Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.
- · Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster parental involvement in their child's education.
- · Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development both at school and at home.

Job Type: Full-time
