- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing end-to-end CSR projects across diverse thematic areas.
- Lead and conduct research, monitoring & evaluation (M&E;), impact assessments, and program evaluations to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of CSR interventions.
- Design and implement baseline, midline, endline, and need assessment studies using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Evaluate CSR interventions across domains such as WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), Education, Health, Livelihoods, Environment, Rural Development, Urban Development, and Skill Development.
- Develop robust monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and outcome indicators to track project performance and impact.
- Analyze data, derive insights,



and prepare evidence-based recommendations to support project improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive impact assessment reports, evaluation reports, presentations, case studies, and dashboards for corporate clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, implementation partners, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate clients to ensure effective project delivery and measurable social impact.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
