HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join A4 Group of Hospital Fertility and Maternity Centres.

The candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR operations including employee grievance management, payroll support, attendance closing, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and overall employee lifecycle management across centres.

The HRBP will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture aligned with our organization’s values of Care, Compassion & People-Centric Approach.

Work Location Structure:-

- Coimbatore Centre – 3 Weeks / Month
- Madurai Centre – 1 Week / Month

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally

Maintain healthy employee relationships across departments

Conduct employee counselling and support sessions

Promote positive work culture and employee wellbeing

2. Payroll & Attendance Support:

Support monthly payroll processing activities

Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift records

Handle attendance closing and HR coordination

Ensure timely submission of payroll-related inputs

3. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate hiring activities for various departments

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication

Handle onboarding formalities and induction process

Ensure smooth employee joining experience.

4. Employee Engagement & Entertainment Activities:

Organize employee engagement programs and celebrations

Coordinate team activities, fun events, and recognition programs

Create initiatives to improve employee motivation and retention.

5. HR Operations Management:





Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support confirmation process and employee lifecycle activities

Handle exit formalities and HR compliance coordination

Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures

Business HR Partnership:-

- Work closely with Centre Heads and department managers
- Support manpower planning and operational HR requirements
- Provide HR solutions for employee and business challenges
- Manage HR activities for both Coimbatore & Madurai centres

Required Skills:-

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Recruitment & onboarding experience
- Employee engagement & event coordination skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Qualification & Experience:-

- MBA / MSW / HR-related qualification
- 2–5 Years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience
- Hospital / Healthcare / IVF / Fertility experience preferred
- Willingness to travel between centres
- Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Experience in handling multi-centre HR operations is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
