Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure business processes run smoothly

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Monitor performance metrics and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability

- Coordinate with different departments (sales, procurement, logistics, etc.)

- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships

- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

- Prepare reports and present operational updates to senior management

- Optimize resource allocation and cost control measures

- Lead, train, and supervise operational staff
