As we find more such people at Indiahikes and notice that it is much easier to work with them, we are finally opening ourselves up to invite you to Indiahikes.

You are usually:

- Between 27 and 35 years old (all genders welcome). We hope you don’t mind, but we're not currently looking for people older than 35.
- You have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- You have extensive trekking or outdoor travel experience (trekking with Indiahikes is a big plus).
- You have considerable prior work experience.
- You just want to be at Indiahikes. It doesn’t matter whether the role is in our Bangalore or Dehradun office (and not in the mountains or on our treks). You are okay with working in any of our teams — be it content, coordination, operations, finance, or a subsidiary of Indiahikes, such as InSoul, Crosstrek, Urjino, or Unexplored India.

Please don’t apply if you are expecting us to match your last drawn salary. We cannot match it, and we want to be honest about that. However, the compensation range is approximately Rs 8–9 lakhs per annum, with annual salary increases.





We are looking for a 2–3 year commitment.
