About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team for our lab-grown diamond and jewellery brand.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality social media creatives, product videos, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, website banners and other digital marketing content that reflects the premium image of our brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewellery aesthetics, luxury branding, social media trends and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing

- Edit high-quality videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, product videos, promotional videos and brand videos.
- Edit jewellery product videos with a premium and luxury look.
- Add music, transitions, text, effects, subtitles and motion graphics as required.
- Create short-form videos suitable for social media advertising.
- Edit campaign videos, product launches, festive promotions and special offers.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, colour, typography and overall brand style.

2. Graphic Design

- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create:
- Social media posts
- Instagram stories
- Reels covers
- Website banners
- Digital advertisements
- Product promotional creatives
- Festive creatives
- Sale/promotional campaigns
- Email marketing creatives
- WhatsApp marketing creatives
- Design visually appealing creatives for diamond and jewellery products.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.

3. Jewellery & Product Content

- Create visually attractive content showcasing lab-grown diamonds, rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and other jewellery products.
- Understand the importance of diamond sparkle, metal colour, product detailing and luxury presentation.




- Work with product photographs and videos to create premium marketing content.
- Retouch and enhance jewellery images when required.
- Ensure the final creative accurately represents the actual product.

4. Social Media Content

- Work closely with the marketing and social media team to develop regular content.
- Create content based on the monthly social media calendar.
- Understand current Instagram and social media trends.
- Suggest current creative ideas, reel concepts and content formats.
- Adapt content according to current trends while maintaining the brand's premium identity.

5. Product Photography & Image Editing

- Basic knowledge of jewellery/product photography will be an advantage.
- Edit and retouch jewellery images professionally.
- Remove backgrounds, clean images and make required adjustments.
- Maintain consistency in product image size, angle, lighting and presentation.
- Prepare images for website, social media and e-commerce platforms.

6. Branding & Creative Development

- Follow established brand guidelines for fonts, colours, layouts and visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts for new collections and campaigns.
- Assist in developing new visual styles for the brand.
- Ensure all creative output has a premium, elegant and sophisticated look.

7. Marketing Support

- Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.
- Create creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
- Prepare multiple creative variations for testing.
- Make changes based on marketing performance and feedback.
- Support the team with urgent creatives required for campaigns and promotions.

Software Skills

The candidate should have strong working knowledge of relevant design and editing software such as:

Video Editing:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut or similar software

Graphic Design:

- Adobe Photoshop




- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva

Knowledge of After Effects / Motion Graphics will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury, E-commerce or Lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Strong portfolio of graphic design and video editing work.
- Good understanding of social media content and trends.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of short-form video content.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
