- Ensure maximum machine availability through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment with minimum production downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all production and utility equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain offset printing, post-press, and auxiliary machines in optimal operating condition.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service engineers for specialized repairs and annual maintenance.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance logs.
- Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and modification of machines and equipment.
- Train operators on basic machine care and preventive maintenance practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment failures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
