Sri Lakshmi Groups: Sales - Back Office Fresher ( or ) Experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Executive to support the sales team by managing documentation, customer records, order processing, and follow-up activities. The role requires robust organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide administrative support.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
