Job Title: CNC & VMC Setter cum Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

The CNC & VMC Setter cum Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC Turning Centers and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The role includes machine setup, tool setting, program loading, production monitoring, quality inspection, and basic machine maintenance to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

- ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–10 years of experience as a CNC/VMC Setter and Operator in a manufacturing environment.





Technical Skills

- Experience in CNC Turning Centers and Vertical Machining Centers.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, CNC controllers.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, work holding, and machining parameters.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G & M Codes) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
