Role Overview

We're hiring a remote Case Filing Officer to manage the documentation and filing side of Australia PR applications — from initial eligibility checks through to visa lodgment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file Skills Assessment applications with relevant assessing authorities (VETASSESS, ACS, Engineers Australia, etc.)
- Review client CVs and job duties to match against ANZSCO occupation codes
- Draft CDR (Competency Demonstration Reports) for engineering applicants
- Prepare and lodge Expressions of Interest (EOI) on SkillSelect
- Compile and organize supporting documentation for visa applications
- Assist with visa lodgment (189/190/491) via ImmiAccount
- Maintain accurate case records and track application status
- Liaise with clients to collect missing documents or clarify case details

Requirements

- Prior experience in Australia immigration case processing, filing, or documentation (skills assessment / visa lodgment experience strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with high-volume documentation and deadline-driven work




- Good written English for client-facing correspondence
- Reliable internet and remote work setup

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with ANZSCO occupation lists
- Experience with CDR writing for engineering applicants
- Prior experience working with a MARA agent or immigration consultancy
