Architect with minimum 8 years of experience, worked in any releveant architecture firm

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Architect to lead residential, commercial, and renovation projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design and technical expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design to project execution.
- Develop innovative and functional designs for residential, commercial, hospitality,
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and project documentation
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, local authority requirements, and permit procedures.
- Review drawings, materials,



and workmanship to maintain design intent and project quality.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.
- Handle client requirements, presentations, design revisions, and approvals professionally.
- Identify and resolve design and site-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of skilled experience in architecture, with relevant experience in residential, commercial, and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and client-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects and effectively lead or coordinate with project teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
