PTE & IELTS Exam Booking & Promotion Coordinator

We are looking for a target-oriented and proactive coordinator to handle PTE & IELTS exam bookings and generate more exam bookings from existing and recent students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and complete PTE and IELTS exam bookings for students.
- Follow up with students who are planning to take PTE or IELTS.
- Identify potential students and convert them into exam bookings.
- Promote PTE & IELTS exam booking offers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with existing leads and students to generate additional exam bookings.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Admission Teams to identify exam-booking opportunities.
- Maintain daily records of bookings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly exam booking targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all exam bookings.
- Provide students with exam dates, test-center availability, fees, and booking confirmation.
- Build strong relationships with students to encourage referrals and repeat bookings.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,809.78 per month
